    Information you provide:

    • Email address, experience level (beginner / intermediate / advanced), and referral source when you join the waitlist
    • Email address and message content when you contact support, send feedback, or use the bug report form

    Information collected automatically:

    • Server logs: IP address, page accessed, timestamp, HTTP referrer, user-agent string
    • Strictly necessary cookies for site functionality (e.g., session state, dismissed modals)
    • Cookieless aggregated site analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics (no personal data collected by us; see §5 for details)

    What we do not collect:

    • Payment information, government identifiers, biometric data, precise geolocation, health data, or any special categories of personal data under GDPR Art 9 / KVKK Art 6
    • Advertising or cross-site tracking cookies
    • User behavior for algorithm training

    If we add optional advertising, payment, or account features in the future, this notice will be updated and the effective date refreshed before such collection begins.

    We use personal data only for:

    • Operating, securing, and maintaining the Service
    • Responding to your inquiries, support requests, and feedback
    • Notifying waitlist subscribers of launch updates
    • Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents
    • Complying with legal obligations and enforceable requests

    We do not profile users for behavioral advertising. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  5. Who we share it with

    We share personal data only with service providers (“processors”) strictly necessary to operate the Service, under written data-processing terms. Current processors:

    • Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting, content delivery, edge compute
    • Supabase Inc. (United States / EU regions): database backend
    • Google LLC (United States): Google Apps Script for waitlist intake
    • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): DNS, email routing, and privacy-friendly site analytics. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal data collected; aggregated page-view counts only.

    We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers. An updated processor list is available on request at .

  6. International transfers

    Some processors are located outside the EEA, including in the United States. Where transfers occur:

    • For EU/EEA and UK data subjects: transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 2) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, with supplementary measures including encryption in transit and at rest.
    • For Türkiye data subjects: transfers are made on the basis of your explicit consent at the point of data collection (KVKK Art 9(6)). You may withdraw consent at any time.

  7. Cookies

    We use only strictly necessary cookies for site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we introduce optional cookies in the future, we will update this notice and present a consent banner.

    • Waitlist data: up to 24 months after last activity
    • Support and feedback correspondence: up to 24 months after last activity
    • Server logs: up to 90 days
    • Strictly necessary cookies: session-based or up to 12 months

    Depending on where you live, you have rights to:

    • Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority

    Türkiye residents have rights under KVKK Art 11 (learning whether data is processed, requesting information, learning recipients, requesting correction or deletion, objecting to automated decisions, claiming compensation for unlawful processing). Complaints: Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu (kvkk.gov.tr).

    EU/EEA residents may lodge complaints with their national supervisory authority (GDPR Art 77).

    UK residents may lodge complaints with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

    California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. See Section 9A below.

    Sensitive personal information: We do not collect, use, or disclose sensitive personal information as defined in §1798.140(ae). No “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” link is presented.

    Sale and sharing: We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No “Do Not Sell or Share” link is presented because no sale or sharing occurs.

    Sources of personal information: Directly from you (waitlist, feedback, support); automatically from your device (server logs, essential cookies).

    Recipients: Service providers as defined in §1798.140(ag), listed in Section 5.

    Your rights: Right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing (not applicable), limit use of SPI (not applicable), and non-discrimination.

    How to exercise: . We confirm receipt within 10 business days and substantively respond within 45 calendar days, extendable once by 45 days as permitted by §1798.130(a)(2).

    Authorized agents: You may use an authorized agent. We require written authorization signed by you and verification of your identity directly with us.

  11. Children

    The Service is intended for users 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact and we will delete it.

  12. Security

    We use reasonable technical and organizational measures: TLS in transit, access controls, data minimization. No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a personal-data breach likely to result in risk to your rights, we will notify affected users and the competent supervisory authority within timelines required by applicable law.

  13. Changes to this notice

    We may update this notice. The current version is identified by the effective date at top.

    For non-material changes (clarifications, formatting), we update the effective date.

    For material changes (new categories of data, new purposes, new processors, new transfer mechanisms, longer retention), we will use reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days advance notice by email to addresses on file and post a prominent notice on the Service. Where applicable law requires fresh consent, we will request it before the change takes effect.
